Irvine, CA, August 19, 2010:  - MediaSpan Online Services, based in Irvine, CA, providers of web and mobile content management tools for news, entertainment and information enterprises, has named Charles Andrew Whatley as its new Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

Mr. Whatley, who had been President of MediaBridge One and American Media Services Interactive, will be in charge of growing MediaSpan Online’s media, government, non-profit and faith-based client base. "While MediaSpan continues to enhance its products and services to our media client base, Whatley’s long and successful track record in both broadcast and online media will benefit our existing client base and help us grow in the newer vertical markets we serve”, noted Steven Barth, Executive Vice President of MediaSpan Online Services. "Whatley’s comprehensive understanding of the changing media space and the needs of traditional media and other organizations to remain relevant to audiences and advertisers will greatly benefit MediaSpan Online and our clients."

Whatley also served as a digital media consultant for a variety of media and corporate clients through his firm, MediaBridge One.
